Organizational Services:
I offer organizational development (OD) consulting, leadership training services and coaching services for organizations. I strive to help organizations see positive changes implemented through OD practices and interventions. I specialize in culture building, a variety of leadership and empathy training, as well as coaching skills facilitation. I believe having leaders effective in coaching practices will be the swiftest way to lead through change for your organization.

Standard Coaching Package
This is my standard package for those who know coaching is for them. This includes my discovery meeting and onboarding package along with two 45-minute sessions a month.
Premium Coaching Package
Includes the discovery meeting and onboarding package, but now sessions are 60-minutes! Unlimited, “on- the-fly” coaching for unexpected developments is also available.
